Product Description

The integrated centerer (also known as an integrated centralizer) is a core tubing alignment tool in oil and gas drilling operations. Its core is a one-piece forged structure (as shown in the image with a red hollowed-out cylinder and petal-shaped end caps). It provides stable centering support for the drill string and casing string, ensuring wellbore trajectory and cementing quality. It is a key component for efficient drilling and completion operations.

Product Performance and Advantages:

  • Integrated Ultra-High-Strength Structure: Utilizing integral forging and pressing technology (as shown in the seamless cylinder structure), this design completely eliminates weld seams and weak connections inherent in modular structures, delivering exceptional lateral load resistance and impact strength. Even in complex wellbore conditions such as large-displacement wells and directional wells, it maintains structural integrity under extreme lateral compressive forces and vibration impacts within the wellbore. This robust design effectively prevents downhole fragmentation and component detachment risks, while eliminating accidents like drill string sticking and wellbore blockages caused by component failures.
  • Exceptional centering performance under extreme operating conditions: The innovative curved support ribs and perforated design (as shown by multiple arc-shaped ribs in the diagram) consistently deliver uniform support force to the tubing string in irregular wellbore profiles, expansion sections, or high-curvature zones, maintaining stable annular clearance between the tubing string and wellbore walls. Even under challenging conditions such as sand accumulation or wellbore collapse, precise centering remains achievable, ensuring uniform distribution of cement rings during cementing operations and accurate logging data acquisition.
  • Optimized flow channel design enhances operational efficiency: The perforated flow zones and petal-shaped end cover structure (as illustrated by the petal-shaped openings in the circular end cover) maximize fluid flow area, significantly reducing flow resistance for drilling fluids and cementing fluids while preventing rock屑 deposition and localized vortices. This optimized design improves slurry sand-carrying capacity and cementing fluid displacement efficiency, shortens operation time, minimizes wellbore erosion, and maintains wellbore stability.
  • Reliable performance exceeding API standards: All sizes of integrated stabilizers are rigorously designed and tested in compliance with API 10D standards, with key performance metrics (including compressive strength, wear resistance, and fatigue life) surpassing industry requirements. The products have been validated through downhole simulation tests, enabling adaptation to diverse well depths and pressure levels. This ensures reliable operation for global drilling operations while adhering to international specifications.

Materials and Environmental Adaptability:

  • Materials: Constructed from high-strength alloy steel or wear-resistant alloys, with a surface treated with anti-corrosion and wear-resistant coatings, resisting downhole acid and alkali corrosion, sand abrasion, and high-temperature conditions, extending service life.
  • Environmental Adaptability: Operates stably within a temperature range of -40℃ to 180℃, adaptable to various drilling environments including onshore, marine, high-altitude, and desert environments, meeting operational needs under different geological conditions.

Typical Applications:

  • Drilling Operations: Provides centered support for the drill string, reducing drill string wear and ensuring trajectory control accuracy in directional and horizontal wells.
  • Cementing operations: Ensure the casing string is centered to ensure the cement sheath evenly wraps around the casing, improving cementing quality and inter-layer sealing effect.
  • Logging/Perforating operations: Ensure the logging instruments and perforating gun are centered to obtain accurate formation data and achieve efficient perforation.
