Design Features:

1. Dual-End Face and Buffer Gas Design: Utilizing two pairs of sealing end faces and equipped with buffer gas, this design enhances the reliability and safety of the seal. The buffer gas forms a stable gas film between the sealing end faces, effectively preventing process gas leakage while reducing friction and wear between the end faces.

2. Secondary Dry Gas Seal Protection: The secondary dry gas seal further improves the reliability of the seal, forming a dual protection mechanism. Even if a minor leak occurs in the primary seal, the secondary seal can promptly take effect, preventing the leak from escalating and ensuring the safety of equipment and the environment.

3. Balanced Structure Advantages: The balanced design allows the seal to adapt to high pressure changes, automatically balancing axial forces, reducing the specific pressure of the sealing end faces, lowering wear and heat generation, and extending the seal’s service life.

4. Multi-Spring Flexible Compensation: The multi-spring structure provides uniform spring force, flexibly compensating for wear on the sealing end faces and maintaining excellent sealing performance. Simultaneously, the multi-spring design also improves the seal’s stability and anti-interference capability.

  • Strong Speed ​​Adaptability: Suitable for operating conditions at speeds of 3600 rpm or 25 m/s, it can match the speeds of various pumps, ensuring stable operation and excellent sealing performance even during high-speed rotation.
