Design Features

  1. End Face Arrangement Design: The two end faces are arranged in series. This carefully considered design forms multiple sealing barriers, effectively preventing gas leakage and greatly improving the reliability and safety of the seal. Under different operating conditions, the series-arranged end faces can work together to share pressure and load, ensuring stable sealing performance.
  2. Sealing End Face Operation Method: The sealing end faces adopt a non-contact operation. Compared with traditional contact seals, non-contact operation avoids direct friction between end faces, reducing wear and heat generation, thereby extending the seal’s service life. It also reduces energy consumption and noise, improving equipment operating efficiency.
  3. Flexible Channel Configuration: The channel design is highly flexible, allowing for unidirectional or bidirectional configurations. The channel shape can be flexibly adjusted according to different gas flow directions and sealing requirements, enabling the seal to better adapt to various complex operating conditions. This flexible configuration provides more choices and convenience for equipment installation and use.
  4. Rotary Ring Protection Structure: The outer circumference of the rotating ring adopts a covering structure. This design effectively reduces secondary damage after seal failure. When seal malfunctions, the encapsulation structure provides cushioning and protection, preventing further damage to the rotating ring and reducing maintenance costs and equipment downtime.
  5. Advantages of Polymer Sealing Rings: Polymer sealing rings possess excellent temperature resistance, pressure resistance, and corrosion resistance. In high-temperature, high-pressure, and corrosive gas environments, polymer sealing rings maintain stable performance, resisting deformation, aging, or damage, ensuring long-term seal reliability.
  6. Integrated Design Concept: The integrated design facilitates easier seal installation and removal. During equipment maintenance and repair, operators can quickly and easily replace and repair the seal, reducing equipment downtime and improving production efficiency.

 

Operating Parameters

  • Temperature Range: Stable operation within a wide temperature range of -160℃ to 260℃. Whether in low-temperature refrigeration or high-temperature compression conditions, this series of dry gas seals maintains excellent sealing performance, adapting to the working requirements of different temperature environments.
  • Pressure Range: Withstands pressures from 0 to 25MPa. Under high pressure, the seal effectively prevents gas leakage, ensuring safe equipment operation; under low pressure, it maintains good sealing performance, meeting process requirements under different pressure conditions.
  • Speed and Shaft Diameter Parameters: Speed not exceeding 180 m/s, shaft diameter range of 25-400 mm. This parameter range allows this series of dry gas seals to be widely used in equipment of various specifications and speeds, exhibiting strong versatility and adaptability.

  • Sealing Layer Function: This series of dry gas seals adopts a two-stage sealing design. The first-stage seal is the main seal, undertaking the primary sealing task; the second-stage seal is a safety seal, providing auxiliary sealing and safety assurance. When the main seal fails, the safety seal can operate safely under full media pressure, with only a very small amount of process media leaking into the atmosphere, effectively preventing safety hazards and environmental pollution caused by large-scale gas leakage.
  • Applicable Scenarios: This design is particularly suitable for situations requiring the recovery of leaked gas or where there is no nitrogen source on site.   • Gas Classification Explanation: A represents Level 1 sealing gas, the key gas involved in the main seal; B represents Level 1 leaking gas, i.e., a small amount of gas that may leak from the main seal; C represents Level 2 leaking gas, the gas leaking at the safety seal; D represents isolating gas, used to isolate process gas from the external environment, further enhancing the sealing effect and safety.
